The DebtUSA process is designed to help eliminate your debt for a fraction of the outstanding balance. We can work on many of your accounts, but not all of them. We’ve accumulated a list of the common types of accounts that we can and can’t negotiate.

Some Debts That Qualify Are

  • Credit Cards
    (American Express, Discover Card,
    MasterCard, Visa, etc)
  • Department Store Cards
  • Gas Cards
  • Bank Loans
  • Installment Loans
  • Finance Companies
  • Unsecured Personal Loans
  • Repossession Deficiency Balances
  • Unsecured Business Debts (Business must be closed)
  • Cell Phones (Cannot still be with current provider)
  • Judgments (at least 12 months since judgement was awarded)

While we would love to work on all of your accounts, not all of them are negotiable. Some creditors won’t negotiate because your loan is secured by collateral, and others because the creditor can easily collect their money against your will. In some cases, the nature of the business, or the debt, requires the creditor to pursue the entire loan.

Debts We Cannot Assist With

  • Secured Debt (Mortgages, Auto Loans, anything where collateral was pledged to get a loan)
  • Child Support
  • Taxes (Federal or State)
  • Utilities (Current residence)
  • Insurance Policies
  • Current Court Cases (Litigation)
  • Military Loans / Debt
  • Storefront High Interest Loans

Please note this list does not contain every type of debt that we can or cannot accept. It only outlines the account types we see frequently. If your account is in default, but you don’t see it on either list, please contact us to discuss. We will check it out and let you know if we can work on it for you.

The DebtUSA Program

The DebtUSA program is designed to settle your debt for a fraction of your outstanding balances. We realize that time and money are valuable to you. DebtUSA doesn’t take any form of payment from you until we settle your debt. Our experienced staff of negotiators will immediately begin the process with your creditors and get them to accept much less than what you currently owe.

Just 3 EASY steps in the DebtUSA Process

We deposit your payments into an FDIC-insured account in your name. DebtUSA will use these funds for settlement payments to your creditors after we receive your approval.

    1
  • Patience
Our Negotiators will start communicating with your creditors for the best settlements possible. Our goal is to show immediate results, but this part of the process will take time.

  • Live your life
The last thing we want is for you to be stressed out. Relax, and let DebtUSA handle your situation. Our goal is for you to be debt-free by the end of the program.
